The Zwilling Pro 2-Piece Chef Setfeatures two kitchen essentials – the 8″ Chef’s Knife and 4″ Parer.

The Zwilling Pro 8″ Chef’s Knife is great for chopping, dicing, bias cutting and slicing. Rocking the knife handle of this all-purpose knife up and down, with the fingers of your other hand resting lightly on the back of the blade, towards the tip, makes short work of many cutting tasks.

The Zwilling Pro 4″ Paring Knife is ideal for cleaning, paring, peeling and slicing small fruits and vegetables, and creating garnishes. It is a very efficient extension of your thumb and finger, and thus provides very good leverage, allowing for very intricate work.

The Zwilling Pro series of kitchen knives by Zwilling J.A. Henckels combines sophisticated aesthetics and performance. The ergonomic, triple rivet handle of each knife fits the hand perfectly, while the unique wedge-shaped blade results in optimum stability and ease of cutting. The curved, diagonal bolster, which integrates seamlessly with the handle, allows for full use and sharpening of the entire length of the blade.
