The Helle Hellefisk Fish Knife is an incredibly lightweight and strong knife, weighing in at only 2.25 ounces. While designed originally for fish, it is a great addition to any outdoor or camp kitchen, and is very easy to pack and bring with you in the included genuine leather sheath.

The handle of the Hellefisk is barrel shaped cork, which is warm to hold even when you’re out ice fishing. If you do slip and drop the knife into the water, it will even float.

The stick tang blade of this knife is 12C27 stainless steel, and comes out of the box extremely sharp and ready for use.

This beautiful, practical knife is hand made in Holmedal, Norway by Helle’s highly skilled artisans in the Helle factory, which is perched on the edge of a fjord. No two Helle knives are identical, as they are handcrafted with natural materials, but they are all inspected manually after the crafting process is complete to ensure perfection.

Personalization: Up to 10 characters can be custom laser engraved on the blade of the Helle Hellefisk knife.

The Helle Norway Story
