The 2-Piece Mezzaluna Mincing Set by Wusthof features a mezzaluna blade and a shallow wooden cutting bowl designed to follow the curve of the blade.

The mezzaluna is a traditional tool used in Italian kitchens for the preparation of pesto, as the rounded blade and cutting bowl allow you to quickly and easily mince and dice herbs, onions, celery, nuts and other ingredients by simply rocking the blade back and forth in the bowl.
