The Signature 7″ Santoku Hollow Edge Knife is an all purpose knife for slicing and chopping. The specially contoured edge is perfect for cutting vegetables, and the wide blade doubles as a spatula. The hollow edge allows air between the blade and the item being cut for extra thin cutting.

The Signature 8″ Bread Knife is ideal for cutting cutting bread or any other soft food with a tough skin or crust.

The Signature 8″ Chef’s Knife is great for chopping, dicing, bias cutting and slicing. Rocking the knife handle of this all-purpose knife up and down, with the fingers of your other hand resting lightly on the back of the blade, towards the tip, makes short work of many cutting tasks.
